Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed by authorized YSFT finance/support users. Payment disputes and legal/tax-sensitive questions are escalated to human review. Donors can request pause, resume, or cancellation of monthly giving from the donor portal; local mock subscriptions update immediately, while Razorpay-mode subscriptions require provider confirmation.
